Our History

B&BS; Attorneys Ltd (Formerly Biseruka & Advocates) is legally incorporated entity headquartered in Kigali, the capital city of Rwanda. It is a private legal practice firm founded in 2009. The firm has a reputation as one of the leading law firms in Rwanda and it provides a comprehensive range of legal services and solutions for domestic and international clients.



The firm as a whole is renowned for its expertise in tax law, commercial law, insurance law,
corporate law and labour law. The Law firm has the capacity to form a huge playfield in the
administration of all company legal needs and all business establishment requirements. The firm
has vast experience in commercial litigations, legal advisory and consultancy within the business
world. International and cross-border work forms an important part of our business.

Our clients are private and public companies from Rwanda and abroad, local and international
banks, development finance agencies and non-government organisations in all sectors of the
economy.

What We Do

We advise on business law, corporate finance and capital markets, project finance, financial
services, banking, telecommunications law, infrastructure, transport, manufacturing, and taxation.

We also represent clients in litigation and provide dispute resolution advice in all of these areas.
The firm also works as Rwandan counsel for some international law firms and their clients mainly
from Australia, America and Europe

To meet the expectations of our clients, we have arranged our practice so as to provide teams of
lawyers for large-scale transactions when needed. Our transaction lawyers are led by experienced
partners who stay closely involved in all aspects of the matter.

In addition to being Rwandan advocates, B&BS Attorneys Ltd provides tax advisory services to
our clients. Our objective is to provide high quality legal and commercial advice through an
efficiently managed professional practice that will facilitate our clients’ business dealings in
